Payment Plans will NOT BE ACTIONED BY BANK TRANSFER. We can not prevent you but if you ignore this your money will be held for a minimum of 20 business days before refund. If you want a payment plan you MUST select pay by card.
Your order will not be actioned in any way until payment has physically arrived in our account and we have confirmed receipt and matched it to your order. Only then will your order be marked as paid and any fulfilment or delivery processes begin. This typically adds 1–5 business days to your order.
We accept AUD only. If you are transferring from another currency, all conversion and transfer fees are your responsibility, we must receive the exact order amount shown. Any shortfall will be recorded as partial payment, which will be held for a minimum of 20 business days before being refunded to a nominated bank account in AUD only, with any applicable charges deducted from the returned amount.
Bank transfers require significant manual effort on our part to reconcile, manage exceptions, and handle queries. For this reason, we reserve the right to charge a minimum administrative fee of $40 for any payment confirmation requests, refund processing, or related queries. Fees that are set at a level intended to reflect both our actual costs and to discourage unnecessary use of this payment method. By proceeding with bank transfer, you acknowledge and accept this.
